Risotto? Yes, risotto. I know, I know. It's not pasta but this private class was such fun, I thought we should share the love.
Just like pasta, this is hands-on in every sense of the word. No joke!
Did you know that risotto can change with the season? Just like lots of other foods, yes, risotto can be made to fit the time of year. But wait...there's more!
Continuing to dispel the myths associated with all those scary foods out there...risotto - the big, bad wolf of the dinner party world.
But no more! We'll help you through the entire fragrant, delicious process. We'll start with a simple Basic Risotto and then start throwing in the fun seasonal stuff, like butternut squash in the fall and winter, asparagus in the spring, mushrooms anytime or whatever you have on hand (or we have in the kitchen). We will make many different flavors! This class gives "hands-on" its true meaning!
You will leave this class able to make risotto...I promise!
The evening ends around the dinner table, enjoying your efforts with a glass of wine.
